Volunteer Park Water Tower Climb, Seattle, WA, 4/3/10

We set our anchor through the window grating on the north side of the tower. From the inside, it is the window just to the left of the staircase. We actually used one of the handrails to backup our anchor. From the outside, the climb starts about 15 feet to the right of the north entrance. I judge the difficulty of the line to be somewhere between 5.9 and , but wind and frozen fingers might have skewed the numbers a bit. Next time perhaps on a summer day? Not sure if this is a FA. I
