Coriander seed 1 tsp
Cumin seed 1 tsp
Raw mango 1½ nos
Oil 2 tbsp
Cinnamon stick 1 nos
Cloves 2 nos
Shahi jeera ½ tsp
Jaggery 1 ½ cup
Red chilli powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Lg hing a pinch
Water as required
Mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Method :
1. Heat a kadhai , add coriander seed , cumin seed and dry roast it for 2-3 mins .
2. In a blender , add the roasted spices and grind it coarsely , keep it aside 3. Now take raw mangoes , peel it and cut it into small pieces , keep it aside .
