Find Your Power Percentages for Light/Hard Sparring
Here’s a drill to help identify your levels of power, speed, & impact. What is “power“ when pertaining to boxing/punching, anyway? The way I define “power“ is the amount of force generated by bodyweight x body mechanics. Speed is the rate of how quickly you can accelerate from rest to landing the punch. And impact is the amount of force transferred from the fist, into the target.
The more control you have over your body, the better fighter you will be.
