It was everything the shaman said it would be. After working your way through the forest, you pause at the entrance, taking your bearings. The fountain burbles behind you as the running water calms your excitement. Over your labored breathing, you hear the calls of the frogs and crickets, mixed with the nature sounds of the temple complex. You smooth your jacket, the humid weather having given way to a brisk chill from the fog as night falls around you. A quick glance back at the forest reveals a magical mist spreading over the pond.
