paper muffin cups - 12 pcs
RECIPE 1
puff pastry - 600g
zucchini for 6 muffins - 200g
medium sized apple for 6 muffins - 150g
pour lemon juice
mozzarella cheese - 50g
paprika - 20g
olive oil, pepper, salt, spices - to taste
sugar - to taste. If you prefer cinnamon, cloves, vanillin, you can safely add
bake the puff pastry snack in an oven preheated to 200°C for 20 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake for about 15-20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
Sauce:
sour cream - 3 tablespoons
cream cheese - 50g
dill
salt, pepper - to taste
Serve the puff pastry rosettes and zucchini with the herbed cream sauce. And rosettes made from puff pastry and apples can be sprinkled with powdered sugar and decorated with mint sprigs.
