Easy Cheesy Burst Toast Sandwich

I first had this cheese burst toast sandwich when I lived in South Korea. The recipe is actually a Korean street food favourite. When I first ordered it and saw the corn, I was really sceptical. Once I had a taste, however, I was sold. The corn was sweet, the cheese oozed out, and the bread was toasted to perfection. The sandwich was perfectly seasoned too.
