AMAZING TURKISH BEEF STIR FRY - Et Sote

Turkish Beef Stir Fry or Et sote or Turkish Beef Saute is one the most delicious dish that you can never turn it down! This food is an amazing decision for a cold autumn or winter day dinner! So let’s cook it together! Ingredients: 400 gr beef or lamb sirloin 5 medium onions 4 tbsp butter or animal fat 1 tsp tumeric 250 ml (1 cup of) water 3 greem pepper 3 medium tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste Salt Black pepper Sumac Preparation: Peel and cut in strips the onions. You can use less onion according to your taste. Saute the onion over medium heat until it has soften. Chop the meat into small pieces. I use lamb sirloin, it tastes so delicious. Add tumeric and stir until the onion has soften. Add the chopped meat and saute for 5 minutes and then add salt. Add one cup of water , put a lid on it and cook about 40-45 minutes over low heat. Chop the green pepeer and tomatoes. After 45 minutes, add salt, black pepper and chili pepper (pul biber) and stir. Add tomato paste and chopped tomatoes and cook it till the water evaporates (about 5 minutes). Add green pepper, stir and cook for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes it’s ready to be served! Finally dust a pinch of sumac and enjoy its amazing savor! Bon appetit!
