King Tiger II heavy tank

The King Tiger II was a formidable German heavy tank that saw action in World War II. It had a thick sloped armour and a powerful 88 mm gun that could destroy any Allied tank. It was also known as the Königstiger, which means “Bengal Tiger“ or “King Tiger“ in German. The official designation was Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf. B or . 182. It was a successor to the Tiger I, but it was much heavier and slower. It had many mechanical problems and required a lot of fuel and maintenance.
