Tomatoes - 2.5 kg. Cucumbers - 2 kg. Sweet bell pepper - 700 gr. Onion - 700 gr. Garlic - 1 head. Cilantro - 40 gr. Dill - 40 gr. Salt - 1 tbsp. Spoons. Vegetable oil - 300 ml. Sugar and vinegar 6%, 1 tablespoon in each 1 liter jar. Output 6 liters. Mix all the vegetables with a wooden spoon, leave for 50 minutes to extract the vegetable juice! Mix after 30 minutes. Further discover in jars and sterilize 35-40 minutes!!! If you have 0.5 liter jars then 15-20 minutes
