In 70s psychotherapists started looking into ways of how people can love themselves, however, not much progress has been achieved since. Olga Astafyeva explains that before the Soul’s time the planet was filled with dark energy (in the world of Soul duality doesn’t exist but with this concept it will be easier to explain what has been happening) hence, before it was impossible to become pure and accept yourself fully. Only with Soul the concept of love and acceptance can happen. The main point of our existence is to become pure. With purity you understand why you are here, you serve your purpose for yourself and the planet, you clear the space around you and you literally change the environment.
