He helped check on everyone in buiding. He also says that the Tornado Sirens went off 30 minutes after the tornado. The NWS estimates a high end EF1 or low EF2 Between with 110-115 mph winds likely caused the damage to the The Oaks at St. Andrews apartment complex in South Louisville wednesday Evening. There were two other EF1 Tornadoes confirmed. One injury was reported and 50 residents are displaced from their homes . The apartment complex received heavy damage! There was one death reported in the storm due to a tree that fell on a man while he was walking his dog. There was other damage from another possible tornado but this area received the most damage. Thousands are still without power in Louisville.
