The Maestro Singers (1931)

Titles read: ’A Medley of Melody. The Maestro Singers - Masters of Harmony’. Probably filmed at Pathe Studio, London. The Maestro Singers, four men in white tie and tails, stand around a grand piano while another man plays. They sing a medley of songs - ’Adeline’, ’I Love You, I Love You, I Do’ (?), ’Little White Lies’, ’The King’s Horses and the King’s Men’ (?), Rather strident and traditional rendering of these popular songs of the time. Unable to confirm which Pathe cinemagazine this originates from. Looks like early 30s - could be a missing cinemag item that was not mentioned in paperwork. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
