Итальянский яблочный пирог

INGREDIENTES 2 huevos medianos Una pizca de sal 4 cucharadas de azucar Ralladura piel del limón 30 gr mantequilla derretida 4 cdas harina todo uso 1 cdita levadura en polvo 4 manzanas peladas Correct me if I’ve missed anything Lined buttered 20cm cake tin 2 medium eggs Pinch salt 4 heaped tbsp sugar 1 lemon 30g melted butter 4 heaped tbsp flour 15g/tsp baking powder 4 cooking apples Orange marmalade or apricot jam Combine eggs, salt, sugar, whisk well Add tbsp lemon zest, butter, mix Sift and add flour, add powder Whisk very well until no lumps Peel, half, core, thinly slice by mandolin each apple one at a time Brush with lemon juice Mix apple slices to cover with remaining juice Fold apple slices into dough by stages Pour mixture into cake tin, shake to even out, tap to remove bubbles Bake for 55 minutes Brush with marmalade or jam once cooled a little
