Woman DRAGS Bystander by HAIR, Attacks Multiple People and Threatens Baby at NYC Park

June 04, 2023 MANHATTAN, New York - A woman was seen dragging an innocent victim by her hair, attempting to attack another woman who was holding a baby. The female attacker flipped tables, broke glassware and threw restaurant food on St marks, leading to her harassing and attacking people in Tompkins Sq Park eventually getting arrested near 440 East 9th street. Multiple assaults and property damage for a duration of around 30 minutes including attempting to lunge at a few months old baby.
