Highlights of Russian Military Operation in Ukraine on April 27th 2023

▪️Ukrainian forces once again struck at the border areas of the Bryansk region. In the village of Klimovo, shells damaged power lines, the settlement was temporarily de-energized. ▪️Ukrainian UAVs attempted to attack the nuclear power plant in the town of Kurchatov in Kursk region. All the UAVs were shot down by Russian air defense forces. The facility sustained no damage. ▪️A farm in the village of Shchetinovka in the Belgorod region was hit by enemy artillery fire. The roof of the building and several vehicles were damaged. One woman was wounded. ▪️The AFU used seven combat drones to attack the city of Rovenky in the Luhansk People’s Republic. Five of them were intercepted and the remaining two detonated, damaging the administrative and technical premises of the oil depot. ▪️Russian assault units continue to advance in the central districts of Bakhmut. Wagner PMC fighters broke through the enemy’s defense line near the garage complex and forced it to retreat. ▪️On the southern outskirts of the city, the Wagner PMC assault groups have liberated the Vodokanal district and are fighting near the key Yuvileina – Chaykovskogo junction. All the enemy’s attempts to seize the initiative are suppressed by the targeted fire of the Russian artillery. ▪️South of Pervomais’ke, Russian troops, supported by heavy armored vehicles, attack AFU strongholds near Nevel’s’ke. Having entrenched southeast of the populated area, the assault groups are dissecting the enemy’s defenses in the area.
