Learn How to Paint “TULIP MOUSE HOUSE“ with Acrylic - Paint and Sip at Home - Step by Step Tutorial
PAINTING VIDEO DESCRIPTION - This canvas painting tutorial will take you through easy to follow, step-by-step instructions on how to paint this fun and exciting animal landscape image of “TULIP MOUSE HOUSE“ with an adorable energetic feel and storybook narrative to it. A symbol of persistence and courage, the mouse represents the grit, tenacity, and stamina it takes to facedown danger, overcome obstacles, and to persevere and succeed where others could not. Despite their tiny size, mice are capable of doing extraordinary things, such as, jumping four times their height, squeezing into a hole the size of a nickel, and having up to 150 babies a year. What would you do with any one of those abilities? One of the coolest talents these pint-sized critters possess, is the ability to adapt and make a home in just about environment. Just like our little field mouse vermin here and how he made a tulip his next home. The first lesson you’ll learn in this easy painting tutorial is how to use simple painting techniques for blending the background for added depth and atmospheric dimension, using natural and earth tone colors to create a springtime environmental feel to your canvas. Then, after drawing and outlining basic shapes to give your tulips form and structure, you’ll apply a simple base coat as a foundation for the painting process. You will create realistic looking dimension with out of focus flowers and good proportions on the leaves and grass, then by adding properly placed highlights and shadows and layering colors you’ll give your flowers texture, form and body that will all create a realistic 3-D effect like a photograph. The next step in this canvas painting is to add a base coat to your cute critter followed by painting his facial features, including, eyes, nose, and mouth. You’ll finish up this easy art lesson by painting fur and whiskers on your pint-size mammalian. You’ll jump for joy when you see how easy it is to make your miniature murine come alive with just a few colors, strokes, and outlines. A courageous cousin to Mickey Mouse and Ratatouille, your mouse can come in any color or you could paint a different critter hiding in a flower like a hamster or guinea pig. You can personalize the type of flower your rodent is living in and paint anything you want, whether it’s a rose, poppy, orchid, daffodil, or hibiscus. Be bold and create a more dramatic scene by painting a sunset or sunrise, or you could even turn it into a seascape and put the flower near an ocean or put mountains or a farm in the background and make it a dramatic landscape scenery painting. You could even use these same techniques with other mediums, whether it’s watercolor, oil, or gouache. This is a painting inspired by the power of imagination, so feel free to use yours! Using only 3 brushes and 7 colors we’ll create this conversational masterpiece that is sure to compliment any décor. Not just a beautiful painting, but an easy painting for beginners. So, let’s get painting and let’s get sipping!
