Kiev confirms F-16 crash and pilot death during Russian missile strike

The first F-16 supplied to Ukraine has gone down in flames. Ukraine’s General Staff confirmed that the ’game-changer’ fighter jet was lost along with its pilot amid a massive Russian missile attack. While Kiev attributes the crash to pilot error, a Ukrainian MP suggested that friendly fire was responsible.
