[PC] Depth of field Modern Warfare BETA Fix/Blurry Optics

Look for this in your config: setcl 1092995319 Change it from 1 to 0. For those wondering how I found which number was DOF, Infinite warfares config is setup exactly the same as this games with encrypted cl titles. BUT IW let you turn off the depth of field so I just turned it on and off in IW until I found which line was changing, checked to see if MW used the same line and encryption and it did and thus is the fix.
