Blackberry Limeade Recipe -
1 cup Monk fruit or sweetener of choice
1 - 6 oz (170 grams) container blackberries
5 cups water
8 limes
Ice
Extra blackberries optional
Place the blackberries and Monk fruit into a small pan. Add 1 cup water and take to the stove. Stir until the sweetener dissolves and then allow the berries to boil, at high heat, for 2 minutes.
Remove the berries from the heat and allow them to steep and cool down for 10 minutes.
Add the rest of the water into a pitcher. Squeeze the limes into the pitcher.
Strain the blackberries into the pitcher — squeezing on the fruit until you have dry ouzo and seeds.
Mix well.
Refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serve over ice with extra blackberries.
