Visualizing growth cone dynamics in Human PSC-derived cortical cells with Nanolive imaging

In this video, we observed growth cone dynamics in human PSC-derived cortical cells. Images were captured once every 30 secs for 10.5 h using Nanolive’s 3D Cell Explorer-fluo microscope ().
