Multiple Facia-Jaw and Skull Fracture Correction - Dr. SM Balaji

This was a 30 year old male patient who had Road Traffic Accident, a couple of days back at Nepal. He was stabilized, given primary care and referred for special care. On his arrival, his radiological examination revealed multiple fractures of frontal bones, supra-orbital rim, vertical fracture of mandibular condylar head, symphyseal fracture and Zygomatic fracture. As the patient was from Nepal, continous monitoring was not possible, hence IMF was to be avoided. Hence plating was chosen to treat this patie
