Creative and Challenging Single Kettlebell Flow Workout
This single KB flow hit the legs with 50 reps per set going through this sequence:
Figure 8 to Hold/Goblet Squat/Reverse Lunge x 5/each per side
Clean to Goblet Squat x 5/each
KB Swings x 20
Rest 60-90 seconds and repeat for 6-8 rounds for a full short workout session.
