Budgeted income of the republic in year 2020 is less than RUR 15 bln, and, expenses, respectively, are more than RUR 16 bln., so, as you can see, Republic has a budget deficit of RUR 1 bln. For our small republic is very significant amount of money. If that sum would be used for the public good by our regional authorities, it would mean that more social infrastructure would be built, mean more hospitals, schools and roads for our little republic and nation. I hope you realise that such regions as ours, in a modern world, face severe challenges, trying to fight poverty and underdevelopment. Sadly, actions of you company, of which you have honor to represent, are not making our hard efforts worthwhile. By claiming those tax exemptions, you are, indirectly, depriving our nation of basic human right to live its lives in decent conditions, guaranteed by international and domestic law. I dare to remind you that similar case with AG Siemens in Greece was investigated and had logical consequences. By written above, I am asking you not to lobby that tax exemptions and law bills associated with them.
