RUSSIAN missile hits Kharkiv as Ukrainian army destroy launchers and stand guard in city. Reuters footage showed destroyed military vehicles, some typical of those used by Russia, and debris on nearby fields. In the city itself, residents stood around the casing of a missile that landed in the middle of a crossroads and took photos.
