今日立秋,宜煲靚湯

立秋不代表溫度馬上就會下降,畢竟咱們還沒出伏呢。但是立秋前後晝夜溫差大,許多人都會出現咽幹唇燥、幹咳等“秋燥”情況,要多吃滋陰潤肺、強健脾胃的菜。我們邀請了美食臺“湯王”李強老師教大家一道鮑魚橄欖排骨湯。鮑魚鮮美,排骨酥爛,橄欖甘潤,石斛健脾胃,立秋喝上這一碗,滋陰潤肺,去燥熱。 The arrival of the solar term Liqiu doesn’t mean that the summer heat will go away immediately.
