We Turned Waste PPE into a Recycled Plastic BENCH

This furniture build is the biggest project that we’ve made using beams that we’ve extruded ourselves. It was great to challenge ourselves and find out what this material is really capable of! What do you think of the finished bench? It was great for us to finally try a new plastic. Polypropylene definitely behaves differently to HDPE but overall it was excellent to work with. We really like the unique texture on the beams. It gives the final product a really interesting visual appeal.
