US and UK strike Yemen: Strikes on Houthis in response to red sea attacks

The Spokesman of the Houthi military says USand British air strikes overnight strikes have killed at least five of the groups fighters. The say the military action would not go without ’punishment or retaliation’. Multiple sites across the country were hit, including near the capital Sanaa. It’s the first time Western countries have launched strikes against the Iran-backed group, since it started attacking ships in the Red Sea late last year.
