FOQ23 Young Quilter/Embroiderer Entries and Winners

Join us for a look at the Quilt Entries and Winners of the Young Quilter/Embroiderer category at the 20th anniversary of The Festival of Quilts at Birmingham NEC, which took place on 3rd-6th August 2023. Be inspired and enriched by the many thought provoking and beautiful quilting sights; more videos to come of competition entries, winners, gallery talks and more. Sponsored by Brother. The theme for 2023 is “My Future”. Quilts entered by Young Quilters/Embroiderers can be of any size and use any technique, as long as they are made by young people in the following age ranges: a) 5 – 9 yrs b) 10 – 13 yrs c) 14 – 18 yrs For ages 5-9 and 10-13 the prizes are: 1st prize – £200, 2nd prize – £100, 3rd prize – £50 In the 14-18 years category there will be just one first prize offered of £200.
