Bach: Toccata & Fugue in D minor (orch. Wood) - Slatkin conducts

Bach’s Toccata and Fugue in D minor was performed at the First Night of the 2004 Proms in two parts: the Toccata was played on the Albert Hall organ by Martin Neary, while the Fugue was given in Sir Henry Wood’s orchestration. The BBCSO was conducted by its then Chief Conductor, Leonard Slatkin.
