LIVE: Princess Kate returns to celebrate King Charles’ second Trooping the Colour birthday parade

TROOPING the Colour is a ceremonial event performed at Horse Guards Parade on Whitehall every year to celebrate the official birthday of the dates back to Charles II in the 17th the start of it, the monarch is greeted by a Royal salute and the National parade then commences and concludes with a second Royal salute.
