Fraser River Gold Claim DIY Sluice Box (1 man washplant )

This is a short clip showing a small setup up I put together. Light enough to be packed in and set up in an hour by one guy. The water source is a 6.5 Hp 3“ pump pulling water from the Fraser River. I’m working a bank in an old growth stand between Hope and Yale, British Columbia. I’ve constructed a small grizzly / derocker to classify the materials down to an inch or two. I’m running an 8’ sluice box at 250 gpm. Miners moss, expanded steel and a slanted rifles are catching everything from flakes down
