New flag and new construction at the White House today. Let me show you what I see.

Busy day as many of you wrote to me asking about the new flag at the White House today so I drove over to take a look and it appears the POW/MIA flag that was back on the tennis court flagpole has now been moved to the main flagpole at the White House. A few of you also asked about what looked like new trees on the front lawn that you saw on the White House webcam, so we took a look at them as well. When we went around to the South Lawn, we noticed some new construction going on there that seems a bit out of place. We decide to investigate that and got some footage of a new fence/work area on the South Lawn, which appears to be in the landing zone for Marine One. I then discovered what will likely be a new temporary landing zone for Marine One on the Ellipse, which should help me in the future get some better quality photos. Finally, I tracked down the White House Press Conference that talks about the new construction, but they didn’t really say much. How is your day going? SHOW NOT TELL. —————— PenguinSi
