M/S of man emptying lit pipe over wastepaper bin. M/Ss of the bin on fire. L/S of the burnt out remains of the room. Several shots showing people what else they should not do such as leaving lit pipe in jacket pocket and falling asleep with a lit cigarette. Shots of smoke pouring out of the window of house and building ablaze. The commentator says, “Carelessness with smoking materials is one of the most frequent course of fires in the home.
