Starmer announces no new developments following talks with Biden Speaking to members of the press, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said he had a “wide-ranging discussion“ with US President Joe Biden on strategies concerning Ukraine, the Middle East, and the Pacific region. “This wasn’t a meeting about a particular capability,” Starmer told reporters.
