The war between Israel and Hamas is one of the most controversial of modern times. Four Corners investigates the violence of Hamas’s October 7 attack and the ferocity of Israel’s aggressive retaliation in Gaza. About 1,200 people were killed and 240 kidnapped in Israel, while more than 30,000 Palestinians have been killed since this war started. Gaza is now in the grips of starvation and disease.
