Reach Down Further with NO Stretching

Feeling a bit stiff?!?!… give this a try with me! 1. Sit on your stairs, if you’re too lazy like me to find a better spot, (or on a chair!) 2. Reach as if to pick something off the floor next to your right foot and then your left foot. 🤔How far can you reach comfortably? 🤔Which side feels easier? 3. Place your left hand on top of your head. 4. Slowly lift your left elbow upwards and then downwards. 🤔Feel what’s moving as you do this? 🤔Any ribs moving? 5. Slowly move your left elbow behind and then in front of you. 🤔What needs to twist in the middle of you? 🤔Can you feel any ribs moving? 🤔Any vertebrae moving? 6. Reach again for something on the floor next to your right foot and then your left foot. 🤔What changed? 🤔How far can you reach now? 🤔Which side feels easier now? 🎉🤯🎉Congrats… you just experience
