Kreutzer 9 Etude Kim Kaloyanides Kennedy, violin

I created this as an example to my students what sound I wish for them to achieve while learning this etude. It is so easy to get tight and for the pitch to bend and sound to turn impure. It is very difficult to stay even and elegant, and honestly, I had a hard time finding an example of this sort of approach. While there are other quality approaches to this etude, this is the way I am asking my students to play it. This example is much slower than usual, allowing students a chance to play along. I may create a faster version or a louder version still slow but dividing slurs. We shall see... I offer this to anyone looking to create this sort of transparent and elegant sound for Kreutzer Etude #9. ( I always feel the need to have a disclaimer that NOPE, this is not was done at home, sight-reading in 30 minutes in my home studio December 2020 ;) Thanks for listening.
