Southern Monkey Staff form - HUNG GAR KUNG FU

Nam Ho Kwun, nicknamed “Southern Monkey Staff form is the first weapon form in our Hung Gar system. One of the many weapon sets, the Staff form develops powerful body mechanics to enhance every part of your physical training for martial arts. I will be teaching the postures and breaking this form down in future videos, exploring the Health benefits and Self-Defense applications.
