ITA-ENG 4K Plot The story is set in a fictional New York-like city, Metro City, where a criminal organization called Mad Gear (Mad Gear is also the name of an earlier Capcom video game) kidnaps Jessica, the daughter of the city’s mayor Mike Haggar, who had previously not agreed to cooperate with the thugs led by the ruthless Belger. At this point Haggar, who is a former professional wrestler, decides to turn himself into a vigilante supported by Jessica’s boyfriend, martial arts expert Cody, and his sparring partner Guy, skilled in the art of Ninjitsu.
