Susan Sarandon to young crowd of pro-Palestinian protesters: ’Talk to each other’

Five-time Oscar winner Susan Sarandon was in the Union Square crowd, and stood up on the back of a truck to address the crowd — and call for a ceasefire in Gaza. The actress also told the protesters, in part, to “talk to each other“ — including Jewish friends — and “take a breath“ before speaking about the raging war in Israel. She spoke for about three minutes.
