Recipe details: Torch: Vanilla paste: Shallow ramekins: Deep ramekins: Mini whisks: Pyrex measuring cups: Mini spoons: Ingredients: 1 egg yolk (~20g) 2 tbsp sugar (~20g) 1/2 cup heavy cream (~120g) 1/2 tsp vanilla paste additional sugar to brulee Instruction: Whisk together all ingredients.
