Uzbekistan’s signature dish is palov (plov or osh), a main course typically made with rice, pieces of lamb or beef meat, and grated carrots and onions.
Radish and cucumber yogurt salad. Tomato,cucumber and onion salad. Pickled white cabbage. All salads are home made except pickled cabbage.
