Фронтовая Катюша - Frontline Katyusha (Soviet Military Song)
A more gritty military version of the famous Soviet song “Katyusha“ which was sung on the frontlines of the Great Patriotic War. Its lyrics sing of the harsh realities of war and the only “Katyusha“ they know being the Katyusha rocket launcher, in contrast with the more romantic themes of the original where Katyusha is the name of a woman waiting for her love to return home.
