A rare weather phenomenon - westerly wind stream captured over Haryana - India.

Short video of a rare weather phenomenon caused by the westerly wind (probably polar) stream. The video tries to show small, distributed, milky white clouds which were shining by the reflected city lights. It was shot around 03:15 AM ( 5:30 HRS GST) on the 13th of Sep 2024. These clouds clearly visible to human naked eyes and were seen descending and drifting very law before vanishing away.
