Russian rocket artillery deliberately destroyed apartment buildings in Kharkiv

A captive occupier has told the SSU how russians intentionally used artillery to destroy high-rises in Kharkiv. He was taken prisoner by Ukrainian defenders during the liberation of Tsyrkuny village near Kharkiv.
