POE Starter Build Raider Tornado Shot, 1 div, DPS, SSF Viable

Very cheap and fast starter build for Affliction league. I used it as starter on Shifting Stones November events, lvled solo to 92 in 3 days, playing 3-5 hours per day with 50% xp penalty on death. It’s pretty fast with high effect permanent onslaught and has good defenses even with this starting setup: life, 13k evasion, 100% spell suppression, permanent phasing (helps alot), immune to all elemental ailments, freezing enemies. In Tornado Shot got a buff - quality of gem will give 1 secondary TS projectile, so clear speed and single target dmg will be even better without investment in expensive helmet enchant. Budget: up to 1 div, almost all items are from the ground, I bought only bow for 30c (it was corrupted with 5L) and I also bought fractured boots for 10c and crafted them with Deafening Essence of Loathing for 30% avoid ailments to be immune to all ele ailments (from 2nd essence).
