I was invited to a special product announcement event put on by SilencerCo where they announced a pretty revolutionary product. They deem it the first “commercially viable“ shotgun suppressor for 12 gauge shotguns.
I got to shoot about 40 rounds today and will continue to shoot more in Day 2 tomorrow. Benelli M2 & M4, Mossberg 590A1, and other shotguns were used today.
The chokes are proprietary ones made by SilencerCo and are available for popular makes/models like Mossberg, Remington, Benelli, and others. The primary test shells were 2 3/4“ 1200fps 1 1/8oz #7 1/2 shells.
The gun in this video is a Benelli M4 with the 12“ version of the “Salvo 12“ suppressor.
