Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. Tugboat tows a sailing ship through a raised bridge into harbour. According to paperwork, sailing ship is German - possibly captured during World War One. Notes from someone who contacted Pathe: “The steam paddle tug boat in the film is the United Services. The United Services was taken over by the Royal Navy at the start of WW2.
