30 Minute HARDCORE Bodyweight HIIT Workout

In this 30 minute Bodyweight HIIT Workout we are trying to get the heart rate as high as we can and push it to the limits. We are splitting today’s workout in two equal parts. Each Part contains a 4x bundle of 2x exercises which will be performed for 2x rounds in a row followed by a “burner”. A burner contains 2x challenging exercises to boost the heart rate all the way up to the max just before the end of each part. We will be doing each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the exercises. Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout: Workout Detail: 2x Rounds 1.
