Unknown Song - I’ll give you life

Found this on Watzatsong, and would like to know if anyone can identify it or at least make out the lyrics. (It’s possible some of the lyrics are in Japanese). It sounds familiar, but this is likely because it sounds pretty similar to other songs of the genre. I’m awaiting any info about the song from the OP, but in the mean time, any help is appreciated!
